Meet The Team
Doctor Robert Bezic
Doctor Robert Bezic has been in practice in the area for over 30 years. He is a fellow of the College of General Practitioners, and holds a diploma in obstetrics. He has a special interest in obstetrics, minor surgery and paediatrics and speaks fluent Croatian.
Doctor Elias Nasser
Dr. Elias Nasser is a specialist general practitioner and radiation oncologist. His interests include all aspects of general practice, particularly men's health, internal medicine and cancer screening. In his free time he enjoys bushwalking, riding his bike, and reading books. He feels honoured to be able to join the team at the Sylvania Family Medical Centre.
Nurse Jane Stepic
Jane joined the team at Sylvania in early 2025 . Prior to this she spent 12 years at St Vincent’s Hospital in Recovery and Intensive Care before moving into community roles, including Hospital in the Home, home infusions and clinical trials. She has extensive wound management experience and a strong interest in empowering patients through education and ongoing support.
Alannah Frawley
Office Manager
Alannah joined the practice in 2024 and oversees the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both patients and staff. She is often the first point of contact for administrative matters and is known for her friendly, approachable, and helpful nature.
Alannah enjoys supporting patients and the practice team, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for everyone who visits the clinic.
Outside of work, she loves spending time in nature and making the most of the outdoors whenever she can.
Doctor Mary Anne Eskaroos
Dr. Mary Anne Eskaroos is a dedicated and compassionate doctor who completed her medical degree at The University of Sydney. Following her education, she further honed her skills through hospital training at St George and Sutherland Hospitals. Her passion for general practice shines through her diverse interests, particularly in weight management, mental health, skin care, and women's health. Dr. Eskaroos believes in a holistic approach to patient care and has a deep commitment to helping people lead healthier and happier lives. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Eskaroos enjoys travelling, playing soccer and squash, reading, and cherishing quality time with her family.
Nurse Simone Moran
Simone joined our team in 2022 after working in critical care for over 15 years. She has a special interest in wound care as well as preventative health care for the local community, and is always up for a chat!
Susie Lambert -Physiotherapist and Practice Manager
Susie joined the practice in early 2024 and brings over 35 years of experience as a physiotherapist across both public and private healthcare settings. She has special interests in chronic condition management, falls prevention, and women’s health. With a Master of Public Health and current studies towards a Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine, Susie is passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors walking, running, and swimming.
